We need more members! We still need:
-5 Kages, they are in charge of their villages, the missions, who they ally and who they go to war with as well as assigning squads.
-9 Jinchuuriki, they hold an important role as they are the holders of power. In this war each side seeks out to obtain and hold the power of all the bijuu in order to gain the upper hand.
-9 Akatsuki, the ninja in charge of hunting down the bijuu, bringing villages and kages to their knees, claiming villages for their own cause.
-5 Espada - leaders of all other hollow and arrancar. They have gained up with the Akatsuki and together both of them are trying to take out Soul Society and anyone else who opposes their rule.
-10 Captains, leaders of their own divisions, in charge of the missions and all those under their command. Each one with powerful techniques and abilities such as bankai, leaders of Soul Society who each play an important role.
-6 Vizards, the free roamers who are free to choose what they wish to do as they have achieved powers beyond regular soul reapers. Some going off on their own for their own causes and needs, others joining Soul Society and being accepted into the Divisions, or perhaps considering helping the pact created by the Espada and Akatsuki, the pact of Dawning Sword.
-and people to join and follow villages, division, organizations, etc. The more we have the better and wars and battles can be fought out. Without subordinates the leaders are powerless and have no one to command or help support their cause.
